When unpackaging your Raven’s Vail order, please inspect each item carefully.  We take great care to ensure that your item will arrive undamaged.   If you are unsatisfied or encounter a manufacturing defect, please notify our customer service department immediately. We will make it right! We only accept returns from orders placed on Ravensvail.com.  To receive a refund or replacement, the item must be returned in its original condition within 15 days of your order date.  All refunds are credited back to the method of payment you used on the original purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please contact us if a product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered at merch@ravensvail.com.  If an item is deffective, damaged, or broken please provide clear photos of the product and shipping container along with a discription of the damage in your email.
